1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LoyaltyHub ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. What LoyaltyHub Does

LoyaltyHub lets you track loyalty accounts, certificates, and reservations with expiration reminders. Data stays on your device by default. If you enable LoyaltyHub Cloud, you can sign in with Apple, Google, or Email to sync across devices and access the web dashboard.

3. Your Loyalty Data is Yours

Your loyalty data stays on your device by default. If you enable LoyaltyHub Cloud, we sync the data you choose (balances and history, certificates, and reservations) and your sign-in email. Member numbers and confirmation numbers are never uploaded.

You can disable cloud sync or delete cloud data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Smart Travel Habits

As a savvy traveler using LoyaltyHub, please:

• Double-check your account numbers and balances are accurate
• Export backups of your loyalty data regularly
• Verify important flight times and hotel bookings with official apps
• Keep your iPhone secure since it contains sensitive account info
• Always confirm certificate expiration dates before booking

5. Hybrid Notification Service

Our intelligent notification system provides:

• Local notifications (high priority) - 100% device-based
• Cloud notifications (medium/low priority) - server delivery
• 24/7 scheduling service through secure cloud infrastructure
• Third-party delivery via OneSignal
• Optional email reminders if enabled

Service Availability:

• We strive for 24/7 uptime but cannot guarantee continuous availability
• Local notifications work without network connectivity
• Cloud delivery requires network connectivity and third-party services
• We do not guarantee 100% notification delivery rate

6. Travel Reality Check

LoyaltyHub is a tracking tool, not the official source. Always verify balances, reservations, and expiration details with your loyalty providers before making travel decisions.

7. When Travel Plans Go Wrong

We are not responsible for missed opportunities, travel disruptions, data loss, or notification delivery failures. LoyaltyHub is provided as-is to help organize information.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service and iOS Software License Agreement. In case of conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail.

10. Use License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LoyaltyHub for personal, non-commercial purposes on your personal devices.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or use the App for commercial purposes without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

LoyaltyHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App, including but not limited to missed travel opportunities, expired certificates, or notification delivery failures.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
